Introduction

Reasonable adjustments refer to modifications, adaptations, or alternative arrangements made to ensure that individuals can fully participate, access, and benefit from our programs, services, and facilities. These adjustments are intended to remove barriers and promote inclusivity without imposing undue hardship on upon NLSA.

Individuals who require reasonable adjustments should make a request to NLSA. We will provide clear guidelines and channels for submitting requests, ensuring confidentiality and respect for privacy.

Evaluation and Decision-Making

NLSA will evaluate each request for reasonable adjustments on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the individual’s specific needs, the nature of the program or service, and the resources available. The decision-making process will be fair, transparent, and objective.

The NLSA will regularly evaluate the success of reasonable adjustments and solicit feedback from those who have benefited from accommodations. To ensure the continued applicability and efficacy of the adjustments.
