Nowadays, the world seems to revolve around data and statistics, so it's very useful to understand the basics. The two main types are Qualitative and Quantitative data, and both are used widely both in professional and personal data studies. The way in which we live can be greatly impacted by politics. Deciding who to vote for could be one of the biggest decisions in not only your lifetime, but the lifetime of the next generation, which could include your children. Patience is all about having the capacity and ability to accept and tolerate issues and problems. It’s also about calming yourself down when you’re frustrate, irritated or angry to stop yourself from doing something which you might regret in the future.
Conflict and arguments don’t benefit anything or anyone, all it does is create stress and anger in people. If unresolved, people can do or say things that they may regret in the long-term, and that’s why the earlier negotiations can happen, the better. A negotiation is often between two or more people, (businesses, corporations, or even countries) that involves a strategic conversation which hopefully aims to solve the difference between the parties by coming to a conclusion that pleases all through compromise.
Nanotechnology is seen as one of the fastest growing ways in which we are contributing, developing and improving many sectors of our lives. Mindfulness is a fairly simple concept. It is the idea that we are present, aware of what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, as well as staying calm and not getting overwhelmed by events that happen around us. Mindfulness is a useful tool to have as it can have multiple benefits for us. It does not require us to change in any specific way, just to be more aware of our life, and how what we do can affect those around us.
Mental illness is an unfortunate aspect of our lives that we must have to deal with. Whilst it is not a new development of our brain in recent years, the fact that we are beginning to understand it better is why we are seeing many more people be diagnosed with mental health issues, and why it is important for the rest of us to look out for each other, to help us should we be unfortunate enough to develop a mental health problem.
